Speaking Events

Two days before the main FOSDEM event, MySQL enthusiasts all over the world gather together for learning and networking at preFOSDEM MySQL Days in Brussels. This time the event took place at the same building where it was interrupted by COVID - ICAB Incubator. The event was free but required registration due to limited capacity. A couple of weeks before the event, all available tickets were sold out.

When we talk about database security, it encompasses different modules of different distinct areas. It is a very vast topic because it requires securing your (1) Network, (2) Network Node, (3) Data, (4) Database, (5) Users and (6) Application.

On November 30th, Percona’s Technical Evangelists Edith Puclla and Mario García participated in the International Day of Computer Security. An event organized by Comunidad Tecnológica Tapachula together with Universidad Filantrópica Internacional, in Tapachula, Mexico.
